Ohio EdChoice and Cleveland Scholarship participating schools
Ohio's official EdChoice / Cleveland Scholarship list has 672 entries (read October 6, 2026). Here are the 605 we could match to a school and an address, grouped by town. If a school is not here, check the official list: it may be on it under another name.
Before you pick a school
- The award: $6,166 for grades K-8, $8,408 for grades 9-12. Families at or below 450% of the poverty level ($148,500 for a family of four) get the full amount. Above that it is scaled down.
- Who qualifies: Nearly every Ohio K-12 student outside the Cleveland district qualifies through EdChoice or EdChoice Expansion.
- When to apply: The 2026-27 EdChoice application period runs February 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027. Applications submitted after October 14, 2026 get a prorated award, so apply by October 14 for the full amount. The school submits the application.
- Being on the list is not a seat. Ask each school whether it has room in your child's grade and what you would still owe after the award.
