Wyoming Steamboat Legacy Scholarship participating schools
Wyoming's official Steamboat Legacy ESA list has 47 entries (dated August 25, 2026). Here are the 37 we could match to a school and an address, grouped by town. If a school is not here, check the official list: it may be on it under another name.
Before you pick a school
- The award: $7,000 per student per year. Deposited in four quarterly payments of $1,750, starting in early September.
- Who qualifies: Wyoming residents in kindergarten through 12th grade who are not enrolled in a public school. There is no income limit for K to 12. Four year olds qualify only under 250 percent of the federal poverty level.
- When to apply: The 2026-27 application ran July 6 to August 6, 2026 and is closed. Dates for 2027-28 are not posted yet.
- Being on the list is not a seat. Ask each school whether it has room in your child's grade and what you would still owe after the award.
