South Carolina ESTF approved providers, page 2 of 6

About this list

• What ESTF can pay for: Private school tuition, tutoring, therapies, curriculum and out-of-district public school fees. Approved providers are the businesses the program can pay.
• Approved is not a review. Being on the list means the program can pay the provider. It says nothing about quality, price or openings, so call and ask.
• Businesses only. We leave out 139 entries that read as a person’s own name, such as private tutors and therapists, to protect their privacy. They are on the state’s list.
• Out of state: 304 providers on the list are based outside South Carolina. Their state shows after the town.

Source: the South Carolina Department of Education approved education service providers workbook, dated September 28, 2026. Categories are our grouping, from the type each provider gave the state and its name; the state’s own type is shown under the name where it adds something. Lists change during the year, so confirm with the program office before you pay a provider. More on the program: South Carolina school choice explained; schools: ESTF schools by town.
