Oklahoma Parental Choice Tax Credit Refundable tax credit
- Award
- A maximum of $5,000 to $7,500 per student, set by household income
- How it varies
- The credit is the lower of that maximum or the school’s tuition and fees after the school’s own scholarships and discounts, so it can be less than $5,000. Families on SNAP, TANF or SoonerCare get the $7,500 maximum whatever their income.
