The Colorado Department of Revenue will compile the state’s list of scholarship organizations and had not published one by October 1, 2026. Donors can claim up to $1,700 (Treasury’s proposed rules of October 1, 2026 allow $3,400 on a joint return). Scholarships can go to students in households earning up to 300% of area median income.
